Best Fruit Casseroles

Curried Fruit Casserole

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • canned fruit-drained mandarine oranges, sliced apricots, sliced pears, chunk pineapple, sliced peaches.
  • 1-2 teaspoons curry powder

Melt butter in casserole dish, blend in curry.  Mix together drained fruit and add to butter.  Cover.  Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Excellent side dish with fowl.  Serves 4-6
